Welcome to Inspire Promo Graphics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including custom graphic design, branding, commercial printing, and signage. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Design and Commercial Printing

1.1 Design Approvals: For custom graphic design, vectorization, vinyl decals, vehicle graphics, and window panels, we will provide digital proofs for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check proofs for accuracy, spelling, dimensions, and layout. Once a proof is approved, the order moves to production. We are not responsible for any errors discovered after final approval. 1.2 Revisions: Our design packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur an additional Base Cost. 1.3 Custom Products: Because custom-printed items (such as standard vinyl, specialty holographic vinyl, laminated printed vinyl, and vehicle graphics) are made to order, they are non-refundable once production has begun.

2. Communication and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive communications via phone call and SMS text messaging. We utilize SMS messaging strictly for transactional and conversational purposes to ensure back-and-forth communication regarding your order. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending design proofs for your approval.

• Providing quotes and answering inbound inquiries.

• Sending real-time updates regarding your printing or design order status.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly to shift communication to email.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Estimates: All quotes provided for services are valid for [e.g., 14 days]. Prices for supplies and materials are subject to change. 3.2 Discounts and Bundles: Any applicable discounts, such as a Website Bundle Discount, will be clearly outlined in your final quote. 3.3 Payments: Payment is required [e.g., upfront / upon completion] of the service. For custom printing orders, a deposit of [e.g., 50%] may be required before design and production begin.

4. Intellectual Property

Any preliminary designs, drafts, or unselected concepts created by our team remain our intellectual property. Upon final payment, the rights to the finalized, approved design are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display the completed work, including logo creations and vehicle applications, in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspire Promo Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, or vehicle paint damage relating to vinyl application or removal. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure surfaces are suitable for vinyl adhesion.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
